What to send
Corrections: a tempo that does not work, a sticking that contradicts the figure, a tuning interval that behaves differently on your drum. Include the drum sizes and head type if it is a tuning question — a 10-inch tom and a 16-inch floor tom do not tune the same way.
Permission: the figures are generated diagrams rather than photographs, and they may be reused in teaching material with a credit and a link. Write first so the credit is spelled the way you want it.
Anything else: questions about a drill, a request for the reasoning behind a recommendation, or a report of something broken on the site.
Response
Messages that need a factual answer usually get one within a week. Messages that need a demonstration — "does this pattern work at 140?" — get an answer that describes the test to run rather than an opinion, because the test result on your kit is the only one that matters.
The address is filtered at the edge for spam. If your message bounces, send it again without attachments; the filter treats large attachments as bulk mail.
